1. Course Cancellation and Refunds

1.1 Due to the digital nature of our chess courses, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided.
1.2 If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the course, please contact our support team for assistance.
1.3 In exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases, we may consider refund requests. Please submit your request within 1 days of purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation
