At ChessSchool.in, we strive to provide high-quality online chess education. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products

ChessSchool.in offers digital products and services, including:

  • Online video courses
  • Live chess classes
  • Membership plans
  • E-books
  • Chess puzzles and study materials
  • Tournament registrations

Since these are digital products, no physical items are shipped or returned.

2. Refund Policy

Video Courses

  • Once a video course has been purchased and access has been granted, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds are only considered if duplicate payments have been made or if access cannot be provided due to a technical issue on our side.

Live Classes

  • Refund requests made before the first scheduled class may be considered.
  • After attending the first live class, course fees are non-refundable.

Membership Plans

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

Tournament Registration

  • Tournament entry fees are non-refundable.
  • If a tournament is cancelled by ChessSchool.in, participants may receive either:
    • A full refund, or
    • Credit towards a future tournament.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing purchased content due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The actual credit date may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals (if applicable) at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.
