Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@chessschool.in. Course fees are non-refundable for services already rendered or for any period where access to learning materials has been provided. Specific programs may have additional non-refundable components as outlined at the time of registration.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days following the approval of the cancellation request. Eligibility for refunds depends on the timing of the request relative to the course start date.
